Qiyam is a consultancy and investment solutions firm dedicated to enhancing the Pilgrim Services sector. We are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Assistant to assist our executive leadership and ensure smooth daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research & Analytical Support: Conduct research on administrative and operational topics relevant to Pilgrim Services, analyze reports, and prepare executive briefs.
  • Content & Document Development: Create high-quality presentations, policies, and translate documents between Arabic and English.
  • Information & Communication Management: Develop reports, draft professional communications, and manage executive calendars.
  • Project & Initiative Support: Follow up on consulting projects and maintain action logs to support timely execution.
  • Executive Operations & Coordination: Organize meetings, manage travel logistics, and respond to urgent matters with professionalism.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and consulting document preparation.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent.
