Role Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide vital administrative support to our executives. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing executive schedules and calendars.
  • Preparing and processing expense reports.
  • Coordinating meetings and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring efficient office operations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have strong skills in executive and general administrative assistance, including:
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing expense reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office software tools (*, MS Office Suite).

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
