About the Job: One of our clients in the metal industry in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This role is crucial for driving sales performance and developing customer relationships in a competitive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain thorough knowledge of current and potential customers.
• Accurately manage customer records and information within the sales team.
• Meet performance standards to utilize and develop sales skills for optimal results.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively.
• Analyze customer needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance sales efforts.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets within established timelines.

Skills Required:

• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of HVAC & Duct industry or Aluminum Industry.
• Familiarity with the regional market.
• Possession of a KSA driving license and a car is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, PMO, or related roles.
