Key Responsibilities:
  • ManageEngine Administration & Monitoring: Ensure comprehensive operational support and system optimization.
  • Vendor Communication: Collaborate with ManageEngine for technical support and updates.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain essential documentation for operational processes.
  • Training & Enablement: Provide training sessions to staff to optimize the use of IT systems.
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and manage reporting.
  • Change Management Compliance: Participate in Change Management processes to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with ITSM/ITOM tools, preferably ManageEngine.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is mandatory.
  • MCSE preferred.
