About the Field Services Engineer Role

Acuative Middle East is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for supporting the on-site deployment, installation, and maintenance of advanced data center infrastructure. The role requires significant hands-on experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments, GPU-based systems, and modern cooling technologies to ensure the efficient operation of critical client systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers and hardware infrastructure at customer sites.
  • Lead the deployment of advanced GPU systems, including NVIDIA A100, H100, and HGX platforms.
  • Perform advanced on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure system uptime and performance.
  • Support and maintain sophisticated liquid cooling systems, encompassing both direct-to-chip and immersion technologies.
  • Coordinate effectively with data center teams during installations, upgrades, and expansion projects.
  • Ensure all deployed systems operate efficiently and meet stringent performance standards.
  • Document all service activities, system configurations, and technical issues accurately and comprehensively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in field service, data centers, or similar technical environments.
