At The First Group Hospitality, we are excited to announce an open position for a Food and Beverage Runner at our stunning Silver Sands Beach in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in providing our guests with a high-quality dining experience, contributing to the overall satisfaction and enjoyment during their stay.

Silver Sands Beach is a premier community along the Red Sea, known for its beautiful environment and vibrant atmosphere. As part of The First Group Hospitality, a Dubai-based leader in hotel management, our aim is to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately, adhering to our high service standards.
  • Ensure that all orders are complete, correctly presented, and match guest requests before delivery.
  • Communicate with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely service.
  • Assist in clearing tables and resetting them as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and running areas.
  • Support waitstaff and bartenders during busy periods to ensure smooth operation.
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Engage professionally with guests during order delivery.
  • Assist with basic setup and preparation tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
