About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional project activities at Johnson Controls Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective coordination among Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, enhancing overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordination & Follow-up:
    • Coordinate project activities through Sales and Operations teams.
    • Prepare Purchase Requests and monitor project milestones.
    • Regularly follow up to track deliverables and updates.
    • Escalate delays or risks appropriately.
  • Reporting & Data Management:
    • Collect and consolidate data, preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    • Maintain trackers and dashboards for project performance.
  • Presentation & Documentation:
    • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for management reviews.
    • Create clear summaries of project status.
    • Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up summaries.
  • Process Support:
    • Assist in improving reporting and coordination workflows.
    • Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and formats.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP and familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
