Are you an experienced accounting professional looking to take on a new challenge? Toyland KSA, a leading retail toy company established in 1985, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Makkah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that business transactions are reported in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Assist in the month-end close process and annual audit, including drafting financial statements.
  • Manage accounting transactions, including budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and report on the company’s financial health.
  • Ensure timely payments and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain financial data confidentiality and comply with financial policies.
  • Prepare and process Zakat payments.
  • Analyze expense variances and provide cost-saving recommendations.

Qualifications:
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power Query.
  • Certification in CPA or CMA is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred.
  • 812 years of accounting experience, ideally in engineering or consultancy.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and project-based accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
