Join our team as a Chef!
We are looking for a talented chef who can prepare healthy and delicious meals for our customers. In this role, you will oversee the kitchen staff, plan menus, and ensure that food is prepared to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all food preparations align with our restaurant standards.
  • Train and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellent results consistently.
  • Plan and prepare daily meals, adapting recipes according to customer requests.
  • Monitor performance, providing feedback and mentoring to staff.
  • Help with budgeting and cost analysis of meals.
  • Create schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts.
  • Certification from the American Culinary Federation is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Knowledge of baking and pastry techniques.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
