ERACO is seeking to hire a highly experienced Civil Engineer or Architectural Engineer to join its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. This role is critical in managing and supervising O&M projects, ensuring the highest technical standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise operations and maintenance projects for buildings and facilities.
  • Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Prepare technical reports and periodic maintenance plans.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor project handover and completion in line with approved schedules.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum of 7 years of practical experience.
  • Proven experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
  • Good knowledge of building systems and maintenance works.
  • Ability to manage technical teams and work on-site.
  • Strong technical reporting skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
