We are looking for a Saudi Human Resources Officer with experience in dealing with governmental platforms related to human resources to join the team. The suitable candidate must be organized, accurate in work, and have knowledge of labor laws in the Kingdom and human resources procedures.
Main tasks:
• Managing employee files and maintaining human resources documents
• Dealing with governmental platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Abshir Business, and Mudad
• Ensuring compliance with the Saudi labor law and human resources policies
• Preparing administrative letters such as salary certificates or work certificates
• Monitoring attendance, departures, vacations, and employee records
Requirements:
• Saudi nationality 🇸🇦
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Experience of one to three years in the field of human resources
• Experience in using governmental platforms for human resources
• Good organizational and communication skills
