Join IHCC as a Human Resources Specialist (Tamheer)

We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to support HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee communication while gaining hands-on experience in the Human Resources field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Assist in recruitment processes including CV screening and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Support HR documentation and employee files management.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and internal communications.
  • Provide general support to the HR team on different HR initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Registered in TAQAT and eligible for the Tamheer Program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.

  • A suitable university degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using human resource systems and computer programs.
