In this pivotal role, you will support and administer various HR functions, ensuring effective processes that benefit the company and its employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires with orientation sessions and paperwork.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to inquiries regarding programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Support employee relations by assisting in conflict resolution and workplace concerns.
  • Manage performance reviews and assist in employee leave requests.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improvement.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in human resources or a related role with proven experience in HR functions.

Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
