The Electronic Trading Company announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of Human Resources Specialist - Saudi National.

We are looking for a professional Human Resources Specialist to support the company's growth and manage all operations related to employees and labor systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing personnel affairs, contracts, vacations, and employee files and updating them continuously.
  • Preparing salaries, social insurance, and uploading data via the Qiwa and Mudad platforms.
  • Following up on the attendance and departure system and issuing relevant monthly reports.
  • Managing recruitment and selection processes (job advertisements, CV screening, conducting interviews, preparing job offers).
  • Preparing and updating policies, procedures, and internal regulations in accordance with the Saudi labor system.
  • Following up on performance evaluation, development programs, and termination procedures.
  • Supporting various departments in all matters related to human resources.

Required Qualifications:
  • Saudi nationality (a basic requirement).
  • Proven experience in human resources within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Saudi labor system, social insurance, and Qiwa and Mudad platforms.
  • Experience of 2 to 5 years in the field of human resources.
  • A suitable university degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent) with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using human resource systems and computer programs.
