Hummus Refi is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience, with a primary focus on operational HR functions within the company.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for the daily operational aspects of the HR department. This includes managing employee affairs, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role is approximately 90% focused on operational HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and review monthly payroll and process employee entitlements.
• Manage attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records.
• Maintain and update employee files and records within HR systems.
• Support recruitment activities, new employee onboarding, and coordinate training and development programs.
• Implement HR policies and administer employee benefits.
• Support performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Prepare HR letters and various reports.
• Manage interactions with relevant authorities such as GOSI and Mudad.
• Provide support to employees and respond to daily inquiries.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR policies aligned with company standards.
• Experience in administering employee benefits and supporting related programs.
• Strong personnel management skills, including maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is considered an advantage.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Region. The role requires on-site presence to manage daily HR operations effectively.
