Diagnosing faults and determining the type of issue (software, network, or others) and providing preliminary solutions.

Troubleshooting technical issues related to internet connectivity, printers, system updates, and passwords.

Directing complex issues to specialized teams such as the networking or server teams.

Installing new software and maintaining existing programs, and removing viruses and malware.

Setting up new computers and printers, connecting them to the network, and installing the required software.

Training employees to use the systems correctly and safely, and explaining technical updates.

Requirements

Understanding the administrative, financial, and logistical processes of the company.
Transforming these processes into digital functions within the system.

Developing databases (Modules for inventory, sales, accounting, human resources...).
Creating RESTful APIs to connect the front end with the data.
Setting up user permissions and roles.
Dealing with sensitive operations such as invoices, accounting entries, reports... etc.

Designing the system pages that users interact with (dashboard, input forms, tables, charts).
Improving user experience and performance speed.
Updating data in real-time using AJAX or WebSockets if necessary.

Attending Scrum meetings or periodic meetings to review progress.
Coordinating with accounting or management teams to ensure system alignment with operational reality.

Manage and maintain CX Dashboards and analytics tools.
Ensure data integrity and real-time reporting for key CX metrics.
Provide technical support for SAP-related tasks within the CX scope.
Support the team in leveraging cloud analytics and digital tools.
Liaise with IT and Data Management teams for system integration and improvements.

Proficiency in managing and maintaining CX dashboards and analytics tools.
Strong ability to ensure data integrity and real-time reporting for key CX metrics.
Experience in providing technical support for SAP-related tasks within the CX scope.
Familiarity with cloud analytics and digital tools.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with IT and Data Management teams.
Experience with cloud platforms and technical troubleshooting.
Strong command of SAP systems, data analytics, and BI tools.
