Join Black & Grey HR! We are recruiting for a leading global FMCG food company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant maintenance operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring optimal equipment performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production and utility equipment.
  • Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability by minimizing breakdowns and optimizing maintenance strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and planning teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
  • Track and improve maintenance KPIs such as response time, backlog, and asset uptime.
  • Supervise maintenance facilities including workshops, tools, and infrastructure to ensure operational readiness.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and lean methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, reports, and technical records.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability of critical components.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers for external maintenance work.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and food safety requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing setup (FMCG/food industry preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Experience with maintenance planning and ERP systems (SAP PM preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, RCA).
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced industrial environment.
