We are looking for a qualified female employee to fill the position of Operations Manager, who should be organized, precise, and capable of efficiently managing daily tasks, with good communication skills and the ability to use electronic systems. Job Title: Operations Manager Work Location: Platinum Tower, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Friday Salary: 2000 Saudi Riyals Tasks and Responsibilities: - Organizing and managing files and documents continuously - Communicating with clients, responding to their inquiries, and following up on their requests - Preferably having computer training with speed and fluency in using computers and electronic systems. - Monitoring daily tasks and adhering to deadlines - Supporting the team in various operational tasks as needed Requirements: - The position is exclusively for women - Proficiency in speaking and communicating in English - Good skills in using computers and Microsoft Office programs - Good understanding of government websites and electronic platforms - High organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle work pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
