Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vessel port calls with port authorities, agents, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory formalities and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage documentation related to vessel operations via digital platforms like Fasah.
  • Collaborate with stevedore planning teams to monitor and facilitate smooth cargo operations.
  • Prepare special cargo documentation and manage crew-related documentation.
  • Process approvals for ship spares and equipment through customs systems.
  • Generate operational reports for the management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the shipping line industry.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good IT and computer skills.
