We are looking for an Operations Officer to support the on-ground operations of short-term rental apartments.

The employee role will be limited to field work and execution only.
All online systems, booking platforms, and guest communication are fully managed by the management, with no system access for the employee.

Daily Responsibilities


Daily follow-up on apartment status and readiness


Supervise maintenance work and ensure completion


Report issues immediately with photos and updates


Coordinate cleaning and laundry teams on-site


Purchase, deliver, and transfer supplies to and from units when needed


Follow up on minor issues and submit reports


Adhere to provided operational instructions



Working Model


Field-based role only. No access to systems, bookings, or guest communication.

Requirements


  • Valid residency permit
  • Owns a car for transportation between locations
  • Ability to move within Jeddah
  • Commitment and reliability
  • No prior experience required, training will be provided

  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
