🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Receive purchase requests from the sales department or internal clients.

• Analyze technical specifications accurately.

• Search for reliable suppliers and update the database.

• Request price quotes and compare them in terms of quality, price, and delivery time.

• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms.

• Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery until final receipt.

• Document operations and archive all related data.

• Cooperate with other departments to resolve supply issues and avoid delays.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related technical specialty).

• Experience of no less than one year in the field of purchasing or sales in building materials.

• Good knowledge of types of wood, steel, sanitary tools, and electrical switches and cables.

• Strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using Office programs, especially Excel.

• Preference for those with experience in using ERP systems (such as Odoo or Zoho).
