Job Objective:
To be responsible for supplying the company with products and services in line with the company's budget, and to develop various strategies to find purchasing opportunities at suitable prices and high quality, and to communicate with suppliers to ensure obtaining the best offers and prices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and implementing procurement strategies that align with the nature of real estate development projects.
  • Managing the purchasing processes for construction materials, finishes, and services related to the projects.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the best prices, quality, and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Building and developing a database of approved suppliers and contractors and maintaining strategic relationships with them.
  • Developing the procurement team and monitoring employee performance, providing necessary training and guidance.
  • Coordinating with project, engineering, and planning departments to ensure procurement needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring budgets and costs and providing periodic reports on the status of procurement and supplies.
  • Following up on the application of approved policies and procedures in procurement management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate development or contracting sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement and contracts systems, as well as local and international standards.
  • Proficiency in using ERP programs such as Odoo for managing procurement, inventory, and contracts.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to develop and motivate the team.
  • Preference for experience in the real estate development sector and the ability to start work immediately.
