Job Title / Purchasing Manager

Overview of Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Managing purchasing and supply operations.
  • Developing and implementing the annual purchasing plan in line with the company's strategy.
  • Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices, quality, and payment terms.
  • Continuously searching for new local and international suppliers to ensure source diversity and reduce risks.
  • Monitoring quality and compliance, ensuring that raw materials and received products meet quality specifications and healthy food standards (HACCP, SFDA).
  • Monitoring supplier adherence to agreements and delivery schedules.
  • Managing contracts and suppliers, preparing and reviewing contracts and supply agreements.
  • Periodically evaluating supplier performance and providing detailed reports to senior management.
  • Building long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
  • Monitoring the purchasing budget and controlling spending in line with the company's financial goals.
  • Analyzing price offers and comparing them to select the most suitable.
  • Working with the finance department to ensure the smooth flow of payments and matching them with contracts.
Qualifications and Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing Management, Accounting, or any related field (MBA or Supply Chain preferred).
  • Previous experience of at least 5 years in the restaurant field.
  • Full proficiency in the English language.
  • Practical experience in dealing with purchasing systems and ERP Systems.
