Terms and Conditions:
  • Position available for Saudis only.
Requirements:
  • Experience in call centers.
  • Experience as a Quality and Training Specialist.
  • Knowledge of international standards COPC.
  • Knowledge of KPIs such as Csat and Dsat.
  • Knowledge of the customer dissatisfaction analysis report.
Job Details:
  • Work location: Jeddah - Al-Mawrah area.
  • Work schedule: One shift, 5 working days, 7 working hours, and one hour of break.
Required Skills:
  • Motivating employees and performing tasks according to international standards.

  • Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
