Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide information to parents and students.
  • Facilitate communication within the School.
  • Share information broadly with administrators, teachers, and students’ families through emails, flyers, or phone calls.
  • Maintain records such as phone calls, visits, registration, class schedules, and parent contact information.
  • Perform clerical work and provide administrative support.
  • Arrange meetings, events, and schedules.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
