Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluation.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on employment trends, labor laws, and best recruitment practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
