This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Our hotel, one of the tallest in the world, prides itself on authentic hospitality in a strategic location near the Holy Ka’aba.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all reservation enquiries with professionalism through various channels.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings with personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles capturing preferences and requests.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for smooth operations.
  • Manage room allocations and special requests meticulously.
  • Support VIP bookings with bespoke arrangements.
  • Process payments and billing in line with Fairmont standards.
  • Promote upsell opportunities for various services and packages.
  • Ensure data accuracy within the Property Management Systems.
  • Assist with group reservations as necessary.
  • Participate in daily briefings to stay updated on operational priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience in Reservations or Guest Services within luxury hotels is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems like Opera.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage bookings.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
