Key Responsibilities:

Policy Development: Prepare and implement health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of workplace hazards in various hotel areas and develop preventive strategies.
Training and Awareness: Organize safety training sessions for employees, including first aid and emergency procedures.
Safety Equipment Maintenance: Ensure fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits are operational.
Emergency Planning: Develop and maintain evacuation plans and conduct regular drills.
Incident Reporting: Document incidents and conduct investigations to identify corrective actions.
Legal Compliance: Keep updated on laws related to safety and health, ensuring the hotel meets all legal requirements.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure a safe environment for both employees and guests.

Qualifications:

Certified in Health and Safety (*, OSHA/NEBOSH).
Experience in health and safety, preferably in hospitality.
Knowledge of civil defense systems and regulations.
Excellent reporting and incident investigation skills.
Strong communication skills to facilitate training.
