Responsibilities:

• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures across all areas including restaurants, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
• Fire Safety & Emergency Preparedness: Act as the focal point for fire safety ensuring functional alarm systems and leading fire drills.
• Crowd Safety & Risk Management: Monitor crowd density, manage queues, and ensure safe movement during events.
• Staff Training & Awareness: Conduct safety inductions and ongoing training for employees on emergency response and accident prevention.
• Incident Management & Reporting: Lead investigations into accidents, maintain compliance documentation, and prepare incident reports.
• Contractor & Vendor Safety: Ensure external contractors comply with venue HSE standards.

Qualifications: A diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field is mandatory. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in large hospitality venues. Preferred qualifications include First Aid & CPR, and Civil Defense certification. Arabic skills are an advantage.

Tenaris Global Pipe Company in Jubail is looking for a dedicated professional in the Health and Safety field to ensure the effective implementation of our Health, Environment, Safety, and Security (HESA) management system across all sites.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the identification, assessment, and control of hazards and risks.
• Support the implementation of HESA procedures, ensuring they are issued, implemented, updated, and prepare periodic reports.
• Analyze statistics and trends to propose corrective actions when necessary.
• Contribute to the development of HESA training programs.
• Engage in HESA committees and meetings within the company.
• Assist clients and other stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and all applicable legal regulations.
• Protect facilities, equipment, and resources assigned to your area from damage or misuse.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a technical field.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in similar roles.
• Professional level of English communication is mandatory.
• OSHA or NEBOSH certification is a plus.
