Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Health and Safety Specialist!
As one of the world's largest hotel groups, we prioritize the well-being of our guests and staff alike. You will be responsible for implementing and managing safety policies that align with both local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development: Prepare and implement health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of workplace hazards in various hotel areas and develop preventive strategies.
  • Training and Awareness: Organize safety training sessions for employees, including first aid and emergency procedures.
  • Safety Equipment Maintenance: Ensure fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits are operational.
  • Emergency Planning: Develop and maintain evacuation plans and conduct regular drills.
  • Incident Reporting: Document incidents and conduct investigations to identify corrective actions.
  • Legal Compliance: Keep updated on laws related to safety and health, ensuring the hotel meets all legal requirements.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure a safe environment for both employees and guests.

Qualifications:
  • Certified in Health and Safety (*, OSHA/NEBOSH).
  • Experience in health and safety, preferably in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of civil defense systems and regulations.
  • Excellent reporting and incident investigation skills.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate training.
