Role Overview:
This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the real estate sector. You will be integral to the company's growth by selling property units, understanding client requirements, conducting property demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage in real estate sales, promoting residential and commercial properties from our inventory.
  • Conduct property tours, provide information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
  • Interact with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance on purchasing, selling, and investing in real estate.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offers.
  • Educate clients about available properties, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Facilitate timely real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred experience of at least two years in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • A strong passion for sales and exceptional customer service.
