Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Sales Executive to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers that are strategically or locally important. You will proactively identify solutions that add value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
  • Be accountable for enhancing KONE's position in your customer base or market area.
  • Generate leads and communicate sales opportunities to the KONE sales team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Proactively generate opportunities beyond the current customer base and handle RFQs.
  • Meet sales budget and pricing targets while managing customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and gather market intelligence.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience with a solution-selling approach.
  • Good understanding of the Service/Maintenance business.
  • Strong orientation towards customer service and proven sales track record.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic communication skills are a plus.

Your Role
As a Sales Engineer, your challenge is to identify customer goals and requirements in the earliest possible sales phase and to translate this into a winning technical solution with the right balance between technology and a competitive price.

Your Department
The department you will be working in focuses on the development of the Airports and Parcel segment in the EMEA LATAM region (Northern Europe and Middle East). You will support other Vanderlande customer centers globally on the disciplines of Sales Layout Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Sales Consultancy. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our team for successful growth and future readiness.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Co-define the winning sales strategy with the Sales Manager and translate this strategy into a winning solution.
  • Solve commercial/tactical issues and challenges directly with the Sales Manager.
  • Translate customer needs into an overall solution, understanding tender procedures and different stakeholders.
  • Responsible for organizing all sales engineering deliverables throughout the sales process, coordinating with various technical experts.
  • Lead the internal sales project team in line with the sales planning towards the winning solution.
  • Provide updates to senior management on bid status.
  • Bring all aspects of the offer together in a clear quotation matching budgets calculated.
