Position Title: Sales Manager – Network Monitoring & Automation, OEM Business (Cisco/Fortinet)
Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh / Jeddah)
Position Overview: As the Sales Manager for NETS, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by focusing on our Automation products and solutions, specifically for OEM partners like Cisco and Fortinet. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic sales development, creating pipelines, and leveraging existing relationships to explore new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia. Your main objective will be to generate and close new business for Network Monitoring & Automation solutions, while collaborating closely with other vendors to enhance Enterprise Solutions Sales and Professional Services.

Your responsibilities will include leading strategic sales development, creating pipelines, and leveraging existing relationships to explore new business opportunities within Saudi Arabia. Your main objective will be to generate and close new business for Network Monitoring & Automation solutions, while collaborating closely with other vendors to enhance Enterprise Solutions Sales and Professional Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline & Automation Business Growth: Hunt and qualify new business opportunities for Automation products, including Network Monitoring & Automation, Datacenter Sustainability, and ITSM Solutions. Successfully drive these opportunities to closure while cultivating existing relationships within customer accounts and OEM partners.
- Sales & Business Development: Actively increase the Automation business, including specialized offerings like DevOps custom development. Collaborate with the NETS Products and Marketing teams on brand awareness and lead generation strategies.
- Partnership Management: Engage with OEM partners (Cisco and Fortinet) to align on pipeline and strategic objectives while nurturing relationships at executive levels within OEM teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with CXOs and key stakeholders within customer accounts, supporting regional sales teams in client engagement and solution positioning for a seamless sales process.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Manage pipeline tracking, gap analysis, and forecasting to consistently meet and exceed quarterly targets.
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
- A minimum of 15+ years of proven experience in closing OEM business, particularly in automation and network solutions within the KSA Market.
- Strong existing relationships with customer accounts and OEMs like Cisco and Fortinet.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully closing complex deals for automation products and DevOps services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in Written and Verbal English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
