Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed company goals.
  • Lead a nationwide sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Set clear sales targets and create plans for target groups.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for improvement.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts for strategic planning.
  • Conduct market research for new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for brand consistency.
  • Train and develop your sales team for success.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with sales strategies and methods.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Understanding of financial management principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably managing nationwide teams.
