In this critical role, you will assist industries in addressing pressing environmental challenges through innovative and sustainable wastewater treatment solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and project teams, transforming concepts into significant outcomes that both protect the planet and enhance business performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in industrial wastewater treatment across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Prepare and present compelling technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to design practical and effective solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop long-lasting client relationships and nurture key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • For Sales Managers, lead key account strategies and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 7-12 years of experience with proven success in key account management.
  • Experience in B2B solution sales (not indirect or component-focused sales).
  • Strong understanding of biological and advanced treatment processes, including anaerobic, aerobic, and nutrient removal systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial wastewater regulations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region.
