We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Manager who will oversee all aspects of retail sales operations at our stores.

Job Purpose:
The Sales Operations Manager will lead and optimize retail sales operations to ensure consistent growth and profitability. You will focus on enhancing sales performance, streamlining operations, and maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across branches, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to boost sales productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams for optimal product availability.
  • Support marketing campaigns to increase store traffic and sales.
  • Implement KPIs for store performance and ensure accurate sales reporting.
  • Lead and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve business goals.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Operations Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations or retail management, preferably in the fashion sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and managing multi-branch retail operations.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and reporting tools.
