We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Sheraton Jeddah Hotel. In this critical role, you will proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities, ensuring that business is turned over properly and in a timely manner for excellent service delivery. Your focus will be on building enduring, value-based customer relationships, enabling the achievement of our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with off-property sales channels for complementary sales efforts
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
  • Participate in sales calls and execute operational aspects of booked business
  • Identify new business to meet revenue goals
  • Drive customer loyalty through exceptional service
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A two-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field plus three years of relevant experience, or
  • A four-year bachelor’s degree in a similar field with one year of relevant experience
