Job Responsibilities:
  • Attracting new companies and presenting the recruitment platform's services to them
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting potential clients to closing contracts
  • Building strong professional relationships with decision-makers (HR managers / company owners)
  • Achieving the targeted monthly sales goals
  • Documenting and following up on all sales activities and potential clients
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment or HR services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to generate leads using various means (calls, LinkedIn, email)
  • Ability to work towards specific goals and performance indicators
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
