As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the business plan for our Cash Van Unit. Your role will involve:
  • Monitoring the daily activities of cash van salesmen and ensuring they meet sales and brand targets.
  • Leading and training the sales team in the field to achieve clear business objectives.
  • Conducting daily sales meetings to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Managing cash and credit invoice collections, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Establishing appropriate targets for distribution, visibility, and productivity, and regularly tracking team performance.

Requirements:
We seek candidates with 2–4 years of supervisory experience in the FMCG sector or a related field. A passion for sales and team leadership is essential to succeed in this role.
