Join us as the Executive Director's Secretary at Al-Jazeera Real Estate!
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to maintain the organization of administrative work and provide administrative support to the Executive Director.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality.
  • A diploma at a minimum (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies or equivalent.
  • At least one year of practical experience in the same field or a similar one.
  • Proficiency in organizing appointments, meeting schedules, and managing correspondence.
  • High skill in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time well.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling information.
  • Good appearance and etiquette in dealing with others.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Organizing the Executive Director's agenda and following up on appointments.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external entities.
  • Receiving visitors and calls and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Following up on tasks and directives issued by the Executive Director.
