About the role: Etihad Gharbia Contracting Company is seeking a Administrative Secretary for a temporary on-site role located in Jeddah. The successful candidate will join a reputable contracting firm known for its integrity and customer-centric focus, serving various prestigious clients in the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks including managing schedules and maintaining documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English - Tagalog speaking.
  • Proficiency in clerical skills, managing office supplies, and maintaining records.
  • Experience in administrative assistance, organizing workflows, and handling correspondence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in scheduling, including managing calendars and booking appointments.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel to various locations, as necessary.
