Join Hilton as a Safety and Security Supervisor!

This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety of our guests and team members at Hilton. As a Safety and Security Supervisor, your primary focus will be on maintaining security protocols and responding to incidents, thereby contributing to a secure environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control staff entrances and conduct regular bag searches to ensure compliance.
  • Manage the processing of goods being moved in and out of the hotel.
  • Oversee contractor activities, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Operate and monitor the CCTV system and ensure regular patrols are conducted.
  • Support emergency procedures such as evacuations and manage cash transfers securely.
  • Maintain records of security incidents and report findings.
  • Intervene in incidents of undesirable behaviour professionally.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of law enforcement or military training experience.
  • Knowledge of hotel safety procedures including evacuation and emergency protocols.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • SIA training and licensing is preferred.
