At Magrabi Health, founded in 1955, we have expanded from a pioneering eye hospital in Jeddah to the largest medical care network in the GCC, specializing in eye care and serving millions. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Medical Sales Representative to support our Regional Sales Manager in promoting our hospital services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Insurance Companies:
    • Communicate with all insurance companies in your region.
    • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and conduct periodic performance reviews.
    • Report market trends and competitor activities.
  • Direct Contracts:
    • Enhance patient flow from inactive corporate accounts.
    • Identify new opportunities with uncontracted corporate clients.
  • Referrals:
    • Target doctors in clinics, hospitals, and optical shops to increase admissions.
    • Forecast patient flow and create visit plans while maintaining strong referral partnerships.
  • Charity Organizations:
    • Engage with charity organizations to facilitate patient referrals.

Job Requirements:
  • Education: Medical background (Doctor or Pharmacist).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in medical sales for hospital services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and corporate contracts preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
