Job Description:
Our company is looking for a Social Media Accounts Specialist and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The responsible candidate will manage the company's digital presence on social media platforms and provide excellent customer service through these channels.

Job Duties:
  • Manage social media accounts: Create and publish engaging and appropriate content for the audience on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule posts using social media management tools and monitor comments and messages, responding in line with company values.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via social media and email.
  • Provide quick and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining a positive experience.
  • Analyze performance using data analytics tools and prepare periodic reports.
  • Contribute to designing marketing campaigns through social media in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Keep up with the latest social media trends and apply creative ideas.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in managing social media accounts and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond politely and professionally.
  • Analytical skills to understand performance data and improve strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, or a related field.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or social media management are a plus.

Work Environment:
The job may require flexible hours, including responding to inquiries outside of normal working hours.
