Job Duties:
- Manage social media accounts: Create and publish engaging and appropriate content for the audience on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools and monitor comments and messages, responding in line with company values.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via social media and email.
- Provide quick and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining a positive experience.
- Analyze performance using data analytics tools and prepare periodic reports.
- Contribute to designing marketing campaigns through social media in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends and apply creative ideas.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in managing social media accounts and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond politely and professionally.
- Analytical skills to understand performance data and improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing or social media management are a plus.
