Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute engaging visual displays that guide customers through the store. By strategically placing products and designing attractive displays, the Visual Merchandiser Associate aims to convert window shoppers into prospects and foster an environment that encourages repeat visits, ultimately supporting the store's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute creative visual merchandising plans through window displays, product placement, props, and floor designs to attract and engage customers.
• Implement seasonal floor plans, product launches, and floor layout changes.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate production and installation timelines for visual merchandising elements.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives while enhancing brand presence through creative ideas.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained and uphold the marketing and communications principles of MAF Fashion.
• Stay informed about new visual merchandising trends and customer preferences to elevate the in-store experience.
• Maintain positive working relationships with Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store teams to ensure collaborative efforts for effective visual merchandising that benefits sales.
• Implement store signage programs in accordance with commercial guidelines.
