Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? Neweast Group is a premier auto spare parts distributor, and we are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Plan, organize, and control all warehouse activities including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure accuracy between system stock and physical stock and manage cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, conducting briefings and training sessions.
  • Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Oversee delivery operations and fleet management, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Systems & Reporting: Manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and generate relevant reports on warehouse activities.
  • Safety, Quality & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Prepare and monitor the annual warehouse budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Process Improvement & Projects: Lead initiatives for process enhancements and operational efficiency.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as the main link between warehouse, sales, procurement, and logistics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in spare parts warehousing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of WMS and SAP.
  • Strong understanding of automotive spare parts and SKU management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
