Introduction: We are looking for a receptionist with excellent communication skills to join the Arkan Development Center's daycare team. You will play an important role in welcoming visitors and addressing their needs in a professional and enjoyable manner.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors and clients and directing them to the appropriate reference.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries or transferring them to the appropriate reference.
  • Conducting internal communications to obtain the required information.
  • Arranging interview schedules and recording the names of reviewers and clients in the respective registers.
  • Fully adhering to procedural guides and organized policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in secondary education, business administration, marketing, customer service, or executive secretarial studies.
  • At least one year of practical experience.
  • Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, and HR training certifications are preferred.
  • Advanced customer service skills, visit scheduling, meeting setting, and call answering.
