As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional reception services for Guests, contributing to a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our Guests.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries efficiently.
  • Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience for Guests.
  • Complete audit procedures as required.
  • Maintain open communication with Front Office Management.
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Assist with training and development of the Night Team.
  • Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services.
  • Follow correct procedures for currency and payment acceptance.
  • Comply with hotel security and health regulations.

What We Are Looking For:
Candidates should possess:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Completed high school or equivalent.
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
