We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the position of Admin Officer - Student Support at our National Training Center for Facilities and Hospitality Management located in Medina. This full-time, on-site role focuses on supporting our student community by managing administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing administrative tasks effectively to support the daily functions of the center.
  • Providing assistance and excellent customer service to students, responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Maintaining organized records and coordinating communications within the department.
  • Facilitating a welcoming and positive experience for all students.

Qualifications:
  • Skills in general administration and administrative assistance.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Exceptional organization skills for managing schedules and documentation.
