In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of IT systems at the hotel, ensuring seamless technology support for both the staff and our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the IT Department and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide consistent operational support for hotel IT systems, minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to maximize system utility.
  • Adhere to legal standards regarding IT governance and security.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions for current and future IT needs.
  • Cultivate strong interdepartmental relationships within the hotel.

Requirements:
  • Saudi Nationality.
  • Over 2 years of IT management experience, preferably in hospitality or service sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and familiarity with hotel applications (*, Fidelio, Micros).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • General understanding of current IT trends, infrastructure, and technologies.
  • Ability to develop and execute contingency plans.
