As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets. Your primary goal will be to deliver an exceptional guest experience while optimizing budget performance and training staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop team members.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and budget guidelines.
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Set departmental targets, work schedules, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to develop menus.
