Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to analyze a large volume of complex financial information from various sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issues in collaboration with others.
- Proactively identify and prevent potential problems.
- Help develop problem-solving skills among direct reports and other team members.
- Take initiative to identify, prioritize, and implement elements required for the team to fulfill responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of the company, hotels, and owners.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with all levels of management and external customers.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
