A leading company in the real estate development sector in Madinah is looking to hire an Accountant to support daily accounting operations and project financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily accounting transactions.
  • Track project costs and expenses.
  • Monitor revenues from sales or leasing activities.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and supplier balances.
  • Prepare basic monthly financial reports.
  • Support VAT filing and ZATCA compliance.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documents.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience (real estate or construction is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of VAT and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
